The refurbishment of the existing special purpose school complex with associated education centre. The refurbishment included the thermo-modernization of the external envelope including cladding, roof, doors and window replacement as part of the design and build contract. The modernization improved the thermal performance of the building. The improvement of the general well-being, comfort and health benefits of building users were observed.
