4009 Mansion House

As part of the refurbishment and construction of subterranean extension under rear garden and new single garage extension of the private 8 bedroom mansion in Kensington and Chelsea ITO Lab was invited to create interior design including space planning, concept design of all main and secondary areas as well as sports areas with swimming pool, saunas and private gym. The aim was to create a modern high quality, high-end residential interiors reflecting prime location and market demand and restore the existing detailing of the Grade Listed building introducing modern complimentary finishes, fittings and fixtures. ITO design respects the existing listed elements.
